I have a problem, I have a login name as "PALVEST" but i could not remeber the password, when i tried to retrieve the passowrd i found out that my emails under domain palvest.com dont work because the hosting with other vendor have expired. and now i can not even change the DNS for my domain to change the hosting. How on earth can i login to my account to manage the domains i have, it is very urgently i log in anad manage www.kanaancoffee.com

hello, i cannot change the site preferences of my e107 site, it gives me a error every time i try "Forbidden You do not have permission to access this document." on /e107admin/prefs.php i tried chmodding it to 777 but the result was the same. in some forums they say that it is a problem with modsecurity. what should i do?

Once you do that you can click on the domain name in your Domain Portfolio to manage it. Then click on DNS Zone records and create an "A" record and point it to 72.37.212.237 . Also, make sure your Forwarding domain is entered under forwarding."

I'm trying to setup my sites EasySSL that I just purchased and so far it hasn't been so "Easy". I've been wrestling with this for a couple hours and I'm convinced I'm completely missing something. Can someone please explain to me how to set up a SSL certificate for my site? I have received my certificate by email but I am clueless as to how to set it up, where I copy the certificate key stuff. I read the small installation procedures for Plesk, but it does not really provide step-by-step instructions, which is what I need.

sorry, this message was for another thread. Somthing is weird with this forum. Sometimes it ask me to log in and others it just put the username box at the top for me to type a username in even if I am already loged in. Must be somthing with my browser I guess. When I see the username box and type in my username it just gives me a message saying "username already taken". So I just use the Jleemc whenever this happens.

Hello, I'm interested in your reseller account. But first I would like to see a sample site that is hosted on a reseller server so I can have an idea of the speed I can be expecting. I'm not happy with the speed of my current host.

I would also like to know how strict you are with your "no copyrighted material" rule. My site specializes in dead video games. technically it's copyright infringement, but no one complains. Will that sort of site be closed down even if the copyright holder doesn't complain?

And last of all, Would it be possible to have more then the 20Gigs of space on a reseller account? 40Gigs would be more what I'm looking for.

When the ticket bounces I get: "Sorry. Although I'm listed as a best-preference MX or A for that host, it isn't in my control/locals file, so I don't treat it as local. (#5.4.6)" No I can not receive any mail. If I send e-mail from an account that I know is working (one that is not hosted at HPU) to one on my server the mail never bounces or gives any errors at all. I simply never receive it.
