I had to open a topic here instead of opening a ticket in the stand because when trying to open a ticket is showing the following error message:

An 403 Error Occured! Sorry, but this page is not currently available to the public! Please check out the HomepageUniverse frontpage to find the page you are looking for.

I'm having problems because the site visitors http://www.reloadeddownloads.fgbhost.info/forum2/ are not able to access my site. According to the logs of error, the problem is the url of the site of reference that contains the string m2/ and so the server is so ModSecurity these visitors as potential malware. Let us change this rule of ModSecurity as this is bringing me all the visitors problems with this site.

Message in the log: [Fri Jun 06 21:57:31 2008] [error] [client 200.101.88.201] ModSecurity: [file "/etc/httpd/modsecurity.d/10aslantimalware.conf"] [line "57"] [id "360004"] [rev "2"] [msg "Suspicious Blacklist Malware Site in Referral"] [severity "CRITICAL"] Access denied with code 403 (phase 2). Matched phrase "m2/" at REQUESTHEADERS:Referer. [hostname "www.topinho.com"] [uri "/button.php"] [uniqueid "anxLukgl1DMAABAB1mMAAAAy"]
