Hi,

My domains are hosted on H7 and they've been experiencing problems over the past 1 week. Today is the 4th time and sending, receiving and accessing webmail are a problem. On occassions I'm able to get into webmail but its painfully slow and I can't send or receive. Downloading also fails.

I hope HPU can explain why this keeps happening as it is very very bad for my business.

I have 2 clients who have told me that my service (from HPU) is the most unreliable in the market and they'll not be renewing with me :(

I need this problem to be rectified once and for all so that I can concentrate in marketing my business rather than doing fire fighting or making excuses to clients!
