Hi,
I have a reseller package and am hosted on H7. I notice that, every once in a while, my hosted accounts have trouble with sending/receiving emails/loging into webmail. This upsets my clients and is a concern to me as they may change the provider (loss of biz to me).
Most of the time it happens, I think, during the nite in UK, daytime in my country. The first thing that the clients see when they come to work at 9am here is that their emails are not working and I start off the day with a barrage of phone calls from irate clients!
I have just sent an email regarding this to Support (ticket: #JKY-27253-477).
Hope this prob can be rectified soon.
Can HPU explain why this keeps happening?
GS

Me again.
No reply from Support as yet.
All my client's emails have been down for about 9 hours now (since about 5am). It's 2:30pm here in Singapore.
I hope when Support replies, it's not one of those "everything is ok now". This is not good for business or peace of mind!
