My server is going down as of regular basis. The only anser I get from the tickets is that "is working now" My customers are geting upset wiyh me. Can you tell me more? What is hapening?
Get used to that happening all the time. I can't remember when the last time was I went a whole 2 weeks without a problem. That’s including times when the server is just running so slow it might as well be down because you can't get anything done (witch can happen 2 or 3 times a week and last usually a little under 2 hrs but I have seen longer stretches).
But on the upside customer service here is real nice and they always get it back up quickly. And the resellers package is a good price.
FYI: I am on H6
I dont know, is your reseller pacage.
