We have moved our old H16 server to a brand new server called H24. Everything on the server should be the same. If you have any concerns or issues please put in a support ticket and our support techs will assist you.
We had communicated to all clients about what was going on with the server. If you have individual concerns please open up a ticket and we will address it ASAP.
We have moved our old h21 server to a brand new server called h23. Everything on the server should be the same. If you have any concerns or issue please put in a support ticket and our support techs will assist you.
7 hours later I get a response that they are moving me to another server and changed the status of my ticket to in progress with no estimate of when the site will be back up.
I do care if I paid for a whole year and won't get my money back. But If Im am losing maney because clients and prospects can;t access the site, how foolish am I if I don't move. Other ISP's do proportionate rebates, but not this one apparently. They wanted me to move my other domain from ProNetHosting to HPU. Not a chance!
The availability and service response is unacceptable. I will be slowly moving my domains to another ISP.
I've been a client for 3 years and now everything here has gone down the drain. And after putting up with paying for error pages again and again, plus having my sites completely deleted, I decided it's time I take my sites to someone else. So I open a ticket and tell them that I'm going to be moving and kindly ask for a refund for the last 9 months I will not be using (Seeing how I just renewed only a couple months ago). I am informed that they will not refund my money but offer to move them to another server, again. I'm on like my second or third server already. I lost count.
Well, the next morning it looks as though both my sites have been deleted. I see here that I'm not the only one so that makes me feel a tiny bit better but this is what we're paying for. As soon as I get the money, I'm moving to Hostmonster.
Well Here it is May 2nd and H21 is messed up again...No status updated here....and no response to the 800 number phone (they are too busy)...No response to a ticket....No one can get to my webiste and it goes directly to the Plesk login screen (?????). This server has been consistently slow in response time. Continually have to republish website because FrontPage files keep disappearing.
UPDATE - Engineers have restored FTP and webmail services at this time. This means all services are up and operational at this time.
If you are still having issues with your website please contact us on individual basis through live chat or our ticketing system.
UPDATE - Engineers have worked really hard to recover web files. Disaster recover procedures have been taken to bring back what ever file we could. If you are still having issues with your website please contact us on individual basis through live chat or our ticketing system. Also, you can always try to re-uppload your site and that should fix it. Remember this is only for web files. Nothing else was affected.
UPDATE - At this time our engineers have not yet reported an Estimated time of Completion. We appreciate your patience as we are working toward a resolution for this issue.
We are experiencing issues with the Web server on H21. This only affects websites and web files including ftp and Plesk Control Panel access. All Email and SQL services are currently running normally. Please check back soon for any further information that will be reported by our engineers. Please update or create a ticket if you are still having issues once this has been resolved. In the meantime, please check back soon for any further information that will be reported by our engineers. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
you rarely use the blog to announce your news.
and you decided to use it now , and not sending emails to your clients , telling them about this important change.
why some clients received email notifications about this DNS changing while i didn't.
my site are down now , and i've been trying to contact your 24/7 support team , and for the last 12 hours i heard nothing from them
the last smart thing they said to me , was to change the dns for each of my domain to the original DNS , why should i change 120 domains DNS ? just becuase you didn't let me know about this issue.
since i'm paying for the Reseller package, i have a customized DNS, i have made the changes as required and still i can't access my sites,
your Support said that they didn't change the IP addresses for the DNS when i asked , but the truth is that you did.
i have made everything as required , and now it's your turn to make my site online and running, do what it takes. i should have my sites running very very soon.
D Wrench and LP,
H3 server issue has been resolved for a while now and that we were already aware of the server issue and we were working on it. We do have 24/7 support. We have engineers working 24/7.
How do you obtain this kind of information from them? When I ask them what the problem is they just ignore me. With such insight, have you any clue as to what's going on today?
